Omg my first ever day in the life of and it’s because this weekend is going to be filled with lots of fun! Ironically, I did forget to film one of the Big charity things which was the amazing jazz picking up all the stuff for festival which she is working at for us with the amazing tomorrow is another busy day that I will film again! mentalhealth

Tonight I laughed a lot and I cried. I actually cried when talking to - come on Dernie 🤦🏻‍♀️ it’s because there’s this free moment as somebody gets it. When somebody explains absolutely everything that’s in your head out loud and you realise you’re not alone. I did gift Joe some of our things as he talks about mental health the same way I do.

Joe, thank you, thank you for being bad at unaliving and thank you for sharing how you do. You give awesome hugs - dint know how much I needed it. Hope to meet you again. Thank you!

We’re gearing up for a huge summer and are looking for volunteers to join us at festivals across the UK.

This is an opportunity to be part of something special, support our mission, and gain hands-on experience in an exciting environment.

A few things to note:
• This is a volunteer role, no one is paid at the charity at all!
• You’ll receive full access to the festival
• We’ll do our best to contribute towards travel costs
• T-shirts and hoodies will be provided
• Food varies from festival to festival, so we can’t always guarantee this
