Another litter pick this morning. And another 3 bags . Thing is. In the last 16 years as a volunteer picker.this was the first time i found rubbish dumped on the boundary of St Teilos school and the Field on Chapelwood. Including builder rubble It was hidden due to the six foot tall grass that been uncut since last October. And the litter within the grass .it took me 30 minutes to pick up the litter and all the fly tipped items .. 2 metal frames. A wooden table top..a large mat. And a car tyre.

This morning I was asked by Linda,, if i would go on a walk about, around Llanedeyrn, and it turned into finding 4 doz...

This morning I was asked by Linda,, if i would go on a walk about, around Llanedeyrn, and it turned into finding 4 dozen + NOS canisters by the Coed y Gores shop, and more on Circle way East
With plenty of fly tipping along the way
To be cleared another day, And a big thank you to CRG, for the help removing the canisters....

Another 2 bags added to the others
This mornings clean up was the road and Cul-de-sacs on Chapelwood .
Some were clear of litter, others made up for it . And more fly tipping unfortunately.
Chapelwood is reasonably clear for the next couple of days, But its taken 5 hours over three mornings to get there .

This mornings litter pick around Chapelwood, in a little over 2 hours, I filled 7 bags ,4 of which were fly tipped clot...

This mornings litter pick around Chapelwood, in a little over 2 hours, I filled 7 bags ,4 of which were fly tipped clothing and dozens of shoes dumped in Peggy Giles Wood. The last bag was for clearing a discarded Barbecue ashes just left at the middle of Chapelwood. Totally irresponsible behaviour with children about , and a pallet pulled from the wood
The woods are for the wildlife and our enjoyment, not your rubbish

This morning at Roundwood and Brynynant, 5 bags filled in 90 minutes .I removed someone's discarded wooden fence next to 111, then part of a fiberglass scaffolding. and cleared all the litter. A burnt out office chair , a cats climbing post, and a sofa. .not to mention a lot of food waste left out in a large bag, ripped apart by the wild life ,that was spread across the footpath

On Roundwood this morning, and a clean up of the foot path by the woods . Removed the 2 bins and all the rubbish.Reporte...

On Roundwood this morning, and a clean up of the foot path by the woods .
Removed the 2 bins and all the rubbish.
Reported all the fly tipping and cleared the pathway.
Plenty more to do on another day

Yesterday while out litter picking in Coed-y-Capel wood, I came across a lot if dumped clothing, This morning I decided to tackle it, I was going to bag them, only on further investigation found out there was fare to much there .
After having a chat to the parks guys I acquired a builders sand sack to clear up all the clothing
