UCAN Productions is an award winning performance and creative arts co-operative for blind and partially sighted children, young people and their friends from the age of 7 and above. Based in Cardiff, UCAN (Unique Creative Arts Network) works across the UK and exists to prove that visual impairme

nt is no barrier to success. Programmes help to develop physical and vocal confidence, raise aspirations and promote individual abilities. If you are part of the UCAN community, we also have a closed Facebook group which you are welcome to join.

There was necklace crafting, dancing, colourful scarves flying through the air and of course… a very mad game of The Great Ooga Booga.

🌞 It's almost Half Term, and we will be busy as usual at UCAN.On Tuesday 26th May we will be at SightLife in Cardiff run...

🌞 It's almost Half Term, and we will be busy as usual at UCAN.

On Tuesday 26th May we will be at SightLife in Cardiff running a fun session for children and young people between 10:30 - 14:30. It will include music, drama games, and tactile art. Then in the evening from 17:00 - 18:30 our weekly Zoom session will continue the creative fun.

On Wednesday 27th May we'll be back at SightLife for our over 18's group, SASI. From 11:30 - 14:30 we will be socialising, playing drama games, and also sharing stories and creating recordings for our Light and Dark project.

Then, on Friday 29th May, we will be at the School of Optomety from 17:00 - 19:00 for our all-ages group. Lots of creative fun and games, and a great way to catch up with friends.

Everyone is welcome, and as always all of our activities are free.

🌞 Mae Hanner Tymor ar y ffordd, ac mi fyddwn ni'n brysur fel arfer yn UCAN.

Ar ddydd Mawrth 26ain o Fai byddwn ni yn SightLife yng Nghaerdydd yn cynnal sesiwn hwyliog i blant a phobl ifanc rhwng 10:30 - 14:30. Bydd yn cynnwys cerddoriaeth, gemau drama, a chelf gyffyrddol. Yna gyda'r nos o 17:00 - 18:30 bydd ein sesiwn Zoom wythnosol yn parhau â'r hwyl creadigol.

Ar ddydd Mercher 27ain o Fai byddwn ni'n ôl yn SightLife ar gyfer ein grŵp dros 18 oed, SASI. O 11:30 - 14:30 byddwn ni'n cymdeithasu, yn chwarae gemau drama, a hefyd yn rhannu straeon ac yn creu recordiadau ar gyfer ein prosiect Golau a Thywyll.

Yna, ar ddydd Gwener 29ain o Fai, byddwn ni yn yr Ysgol Optometreg o 17:00 - 19:00 ar gyfer ein grŵp i bob oedran. Llawer o hwyl a gemau creadigol, a ffordd wych o gysylltu gyda ffrindiau.
