Join us on Thursday 15th October at 7pm local time by lighting a candle and leaving it burn for at least an hour to create a ‘Wave of Light’ across the world. This is an opportunity to join with bereaved parents, families and friends around the globe to commemorate all babies who sadly died too soon.

💙 A meaningful investment in supporting families affected by pregnancy loss

We are delighted to share our heartfelt thanks to Memoria Cardiff and Vale of Glamorgan Memorial Park & Crematorium for their incredibly generous donation of £8,500 to Morgan’s Wings.

As a small charity, this level of support will make a significant difference to our work and our ability to support families experiencing the heartbreak of pregnancy loss.

Since founding Morgan’s Wings in 2019, our mission has been to ensure that every family affected by pregnancy loss feels supported, remembered and never alone.

Through our memory boxes, remembrance initiatives, awareness work and practical support, we aim to bring comfort to families at one of the most difficult times in their lives.

This donation will help us continue developing our services, reaching more families and making a lasting difference within our community and beyond.

We know there are many charities doing important work, so we are particularly grateful that Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium has chosen to support a small charity like ours. Their generosity is a reminder of the difference organisations can make when they invest in the work of grassroots charities.

£8,500 is more than a donation. It is an investment in compassion, remembrance and support for families who need it most.

Symptoms of an ectopic pregnancy can include pain in the tip of the shoulder, tummy pain and pain when going to the toilet. You need to seek medical attention if you have any of these symptoms with a positive test. Symptoms can appear between the 4th and 12th week of pregnancy.
