🤱💙 Returning to work after maternity leave can bring a mix of emotions, especially for mothers who want to continue breastfeeding.

Public Health Wales has produced a helpful toolkit explaining the support breastfeeding mothers should expect from employers and colleagues when returning to NHS workplaces. 🏥

The guidance highlights the importance of:
✅ Open and supportive conversations with managers
✅ Flexible arrangements and breastfeeding breaks
✅ Clean, private and comfortable spaces for feeding or expressing milk
✅ A positive, respectful and inclusive workplace culture

Every mother's breastfeeding journey is different, and the right support can make returning to work feel more comfortable and manageable. 🌟
