What a beautiful morning at Trelai parkrun, blue skies and sun shining. Today was the first time for our new course & we all loved it, especially good for walkers. Great to see so many people there, also wonderful to be joined by cardiac and diabetes groups. Well done to everyone who took part and many thanks to all our ambassadors. See you all for the next meet up on Saturday May 30th 💙
