Maia is visiting family in America over the next few weeks…so here are the opening hours while she is away.

-No Tuesday sessions at Railway Gardens on the 26th May, 2nd June and 9th of June

-Wednesday the 27th May will be in the yellow room at the Grange Pavilion and run by some amazing toy library volunteers

-No Wednesday sessions on the 3rd and 10th of June

-No Friday baby group/BfN session May 29th

-Friday the 5th will be run exclusively by BfN volunteers…all welcome as usual though!

Maia will be back and ready to play from Friday the 12th! Until then, play hard! ❤️😂🐝

We’re doing it again…!!! 😬🥳📚❤️

Book Fair take TWO! This time we’ve partnered up with the fabulous to bring the books and fun to Splott.

Saturday the 9th May, from 2-5, we’ll be rolling out our thousands of books to do another fun filled, book and toy lovers afternoon at Railway Gardens. There will be a small craft fair as well!

Stay on into the evening, 5-9:30, for a Splott Social with

Exciting news for the Honeycomb toy library! Our Friday baby group is teaming up with to offer combined baby sessions AND breastfeeding support groups from BfN’s trained and friendly helpers!

As of this Friday, the 17th of April, our toy library baby group will be sharing the blue room at the Grange Pavilion with the Breastfeeding Network’s peer support group ‘Milky Fridays’!

There’s no change for toy library baby group regulars. Same room, same time. Anyone with a baby can still attend no matter how you choose to feed. But if you have a feeding query or problem, a friendly BfN helper will be on hand to support.

We’re really looking forward to this collaboration and hope that you are too! Borrow a toy, chat with a friend, get feeding support…all under one roof!

Friday at Grange Pavilion 10-12 (babies only)

Easter Egg Hunts will be happening Tuesday the 31st and Wednesday the 1st! Get there early so you don’t miss out! 🐣

Our book fair is almost here!! 📚❤️

Saturday the 7th of March! Check out the timeline of events above so you don’t miss anything. And now, a big shout out to a few organisations/people!👇

❤️First, to for their support in donating books AND in coming along to run a fun story and craft time in the morning. Don’t miss out, the’ll be with us at 10:15!

❤️Second, to local author for coming along to share her creativity with us in a children’s ’Poetry Recipe’ workshop between 11-12. Drop in and learn more about writing poetry and about her amazing new book of poetry, Fresh, which is out in April!

❤️Lastly to for their support throughout! They are an amazing champion of Welsh authors and we are indebted to them for their support as we planned this event.

There are more ‘thank yous’ to come. What a great community we have!

Looking forward to seeing everyone on the day! Get ready to bag a bargain and support your local toy library! World Book Day costumes welcome!! 😉
