Staff Reflection: Jade, Substance Use Worker⭐

Jade supports people who are experiencing homelessness and substance use, meeting them in the places they feel safest. Her work is rooted in respect, choice, and understanding; recognising that everyone’s circumstances are shaped by complex experiences, not assumptions.

In her reflection, Jade highlights the importance of showing up without judgement, listening first, and working alongside people at their own pace 💜
