A REMINDER THAT WE ARE HIRING!

VACANCIES:
St. Peter's Community Hall & Gardens are looking to recruit two Project Workers to come work with us! We're looking for two motivated, community-minded people to come work with us in our gardens, engaging with and inspiring the local community to tend our beautiful space. The posts will have responsibility for helping plan the gardens, looking after the space and tools, and supporting our community volunteers safely.

Experience of garden work and community outreach are desirable but not required.

WE ARE OPEN AGAIN!

It's a beautiful spring day here in sunny Cardiff! We've been glad to see some of our lovely volunteers filter back in after our little time closed, just in time for spring planting!

A reminder that we are open 9.30am to 12.30pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, both for just coming to wander around and enjoy the space, or to volunteer and help in the garden 😀

Don't forget as well we still have a little more time to apply for our 2 project worker jobs - one 16 hour per week and one 12 hour p/w, £12.71 p/h - apply by registering interest at [email protected] for the job description and person spec. 😎

Due to issues with staffing and funding, it is with great sadness that after this week (Mon 9 Feb - Sun 15 Feb) the following sessions will be cancelled until further notice:

- Tuesday morning gardening
- Wednesday morning gardening
- Thursday morning Coffee & Craft

Please keep an eye on this page for further updates - we're working hard to figure out the best way to get our gardens open again for our wonderful volunteers.

We are all set up for our HALLOWEEN FRIDAY FUN DAY at St Peter's Community Hall and Gardens in Fairwater! We've got crafts, toys, and snacks for the kids, and best of all, it's all FREE!

We're open from 10am to 12 midday TODAY!

Also we've got one last reminder that A48 Theatre Company are putting on their fantastic GHOST STORIES show tonight and tomorrow here at the Hall! We'd love to see you here and supporting local theatre!

The cold weather might be drawing in but that won't stop us hosting our FRIDAY FUN DAYS at St. Peter's Community Hall and Gardens! We're inviting you and your little ones to join us on HALLOWEEN FRIDAY 31 OCTOBER to enjoy some spooky crafts, games, toys, LEGO, and a chance for parents to sit with a cuppa!
