Important: Friday Fun Day, 28th August is CANCELLED.

Unfortunately, due to an upcoming family medical procedure, our final Friday Fun Day of the summer here at St. Peters has been cancelled.

We have had some absolutely wonderful weeks welcoming you all back to St. Peters on Fridays during the break - we've seen both familiar faces and brand new ones, and we're unbelievably proud of all of the Fairwater families who bring their little ones in and enjoy the space our staff and volunteers have cultivated. Thank you to everyone who has shared and attended - your community spaces keep existing because of you!

Our next Friday Fun Day will be during the October half term.

During the term time we still have plenty of things on:
- Monday Community Lunches from 11am - 1pm
- Tuesday gardening from 9:30am - 12:30pm
- Wednesday coffee morning from 10:30am - 11:30am
- Sunday after-church coffee from 10:30am - 11:30am
and more events to come!

It's a little grey out but we're still here for our Friday Fun Days! And that brings an end to another wonderful and busy Friday Fun! We always love hosting this, and it's so lovely to see so many people from across Fairwater and Pentrebane come and share in your community space! We made some fantastic stained "glass" windows and our young people left with arms full of freshly planted cress - can't wait to see how they grow over the next few weeks!

Same time next week, every Friday during the summer holiday, 10 - 12!

FRIDAY FUN DAYS ARE BACK AT ST. PETER'S!

Join us here at St. Peter's Community Hall & Gardens in Fairwater for our Friday Fun Days!

We will be open from 10am to 12 midday each Friday in the summer holidays.

We've got indoor and outdoor games and toys, crafts, Lego, and even a spot outdoors for parents to catch a much needed chance to sit down! And best of all, it's all completely free!

No pre-booking required, just come on down and enjoy your wonderful community gardens!

VACANCIES:
St. Peter's Community Hall & Gardens are looking to recruit two Project Workers to come work with us! We're looking for two motivated, community-minded people to come work with us in our gardens, engaging with and inspiring the local community to tend our beautiful space. The posts will have responsibility for helping plan the gardens, looking after the space and tools, and supporting our community volunteers safely.

Experience of garden work and community outreach are desirable but not required.

AVAILABLE POSTS:
Project Worker (16 hrs/week, £12.71 p/h, fixed term until July 2027)
