🥊 More than just boxing… it’s about confidence, connection and changing lives. 🙌

We’re really proud of the boxing sessions we’re delivering in partnership with Cardiff Metropolitan University and Mark Atkins at Caerau Ely ABC.

These sessions give people from our community the chance to get active, learn new skills, build confidence and resilience, and most importantly, feel part of something positive. 💪❤️

For some, just stepping through the doors of a boxing gym is a huge achievement. Week by week, we’re seeing people grow in confidence, challenge themselves and encourage one another.

A massive thank you to Cardiff Met University, Mark Atkins and Caerau Ely ABC for helping us create these opportunities for people in Ely.

Such a wonderful day at our Women changing lives Confidence Cafe today! We started our new sessions on dealing with the inner critic and it was a lovely session! ❤️

If you would like to join our community, we meet every Tuesday at St Francis Centre on Grand Avenue 12pm-3pm.

☕🍳 A great start to our Community Café today!

We’re so pleased to have our Community Café up and running, and from this week we’ll be open every Monday, Tuesday and Friday.

There was some absolutely delicious food served today at really affordable prices, and a huge thank you to Matt and Peter for running the café and helping make the first day such a success. 🙌

And apologies for the photo of the half-eaten Belly Buster… I completely forgot to take a picture before I started eating it! 😂

Great food, great prices and, most importantly, a welcoming place for people to come together, have a chat and enjoy being part of the community.

What an amazing day, we launched our Beyond differences cafe. Where people with disabilities learn how to run the kitchen. We had a blast and some delicious food was made. So excited to do it again next week 😁
