❤️ A little time for YOU… with music, movement and lovely company! 💃

We’re delighted to sponsor FREE Zumba for Women as part of Project HeR, made possible by funding from The National Lottery Community Fund. A massive thank you to National Lottery players for helping us bring women together! 🙏❤️

Leading the sessions is our wonderful Monika, a highly skilled Zumba instructor whose energy is absolutely infectious! Her enthusiasm and passion for what she does will have you smiling and moving in no time. 💃

This six-week programme is a chance to move, feel good and connect with other women in a fun, friendly and supportive atmosphere. All fitness levels and abilities are welcome — you don’t need to know the steps to join in! 😊

Gosh, what an amazing day! ❤️🌊

Our PWOW walk was full of inspiring conversations, lovely connections, laughter and that wholesome feeling of spending time with women who lift each other up. The weather was fab too—Wales, you did us proud! ☀️

Our lovely Joanna led us through some exercises on the beach, so we even managed a little workout between all the chatting! 😂💪

We loved it so much that we’ve agreed to make it a regular thing: every second Sunday of the month! 🥾❤️

Watch out for a new WhatsApp group… because apparently we don’t already have enough of those! 🤣📱

A massive thank you to Joanna and Anna for organising, and to everyone who came along. You made today special. 🫶

We are incredibly grateful for your support, dedication and the huge amount of heart you put into our event❤️✨

You truly went above and beyond and did more for us than we could have asked for. Thanks to you, we were able to make the day even more special and memorable for all the women who joined us. 🫶

Meet the women behind PWOW! ❤️🤍🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

One photo looking reasonably professional… and one showing what we’re actually like. 😂

These are the women who turn “I’ve got an idea…” into something real. The planning, the messages, the website, the setting up, the welcoming, the tidying away—and all the little things nobody sees, but everybody feels.

Saturday’s Project HER launch reminded me just how lucky I am to have this team. When our morning started with a key that wouldn’t open the media cupboard and my stress levels heading through the roof, these women stepped in, grounded me and helped us make it happen. And somehow, we still found time to laugh. ❤️

We each bring different strengths, opinions and personalities. Oh, there are opinions… we’re Polish women, after all. 😉 But we share a belief that women deserve somewhere to feel welcome, supported and brave enough to take their next step.

Polish roots. Welsh hearts. A community for all women in Wales.

To my amazing team: I hope you look at these photos and feel proud. Proud of what you’ve created, of how you show up for one another, and of the difference your care and hard work can make. I’m so proud of you. I’m so proud of us.

And to every woman joining this community: there’s room for you here.
