*A little local history appeal from Glendelvine Primary School 📚*

As part of the school’s centenary year, P4–7 are looking back at Glendelvine during WWII (1939–1945), including children who were evacuated to the area during the war.

We’d love to hear from anyone who has family connections, memories, stories, photographs or information relating to Glendelvine School during this time.

Found hazelnuts when cutting the hedge, and a humming-bird hawk-moth appreciating our buddleia. What an amazing insect - it was totally mesmerising to watch
