🎸 Live music is coming to Capel St Mary Community Centre! 🎸

After a fantastic performance at Capel Fest 2026, we’re delighted to welcome Game On – 90s Indie Tribute Band for a night of all your favourite Britpop and indie classics!

📅 Friday 16th October
🚪 Doors open: 7:30pm
🎶 Band: 8:00pm – 11:00pm
📍 Capel St Mary Community Centre

🤪 No you haven't gone mad...

Yes, we did post a "Save the Date' last week...

And yes.. we've already changed it! 🙈

After a rethink we've decided to move Capelfest back to its usual time of year - it's when the festival is at it's best. it's always well supported, and we know it's when so many of you love to come along.

So, please update your diaries with our NEW (or should we say normal!) time in July, Saturday 10th.

🥳 Congratulations to the winner of our refund of the price of a family ticket competition run between Monday and Friday last week - Faye Bradshaw. She has been informed and had the refund 🥳

I would like to thank my fellow trustees, volunteers and sponsors who make this event possible and for their support and hard work on the day.

Francesca who works tirelessly to keep the children entertained throughout the day in the active-tipi.

Tom & Harry for the DJ sets in between artists and my husband Greg and Dave and Clinton for not only supplying all the sound and lighting for the day FOC but also the tech all day as well. The sound was incredible.

Larissa and her team worked so hard in the bar making sure you didn’t go thirsty 😉
