Empty Arms Full of Heart is a professionally facilitated support group in Whitstable, Kent, focused on your mental health and personal growth. Music for the heart is founded by Anthony Birch who is a CHD patient (congenital heart disease) . Anthony helps along side the Children’s Heart Federation and also the Somerville Foundation supporting heart patients and parents with the necessary support a

nd a wider understanding of the opportunities which are provided. Since his involvement with the charities he has been able to help organise and set up an information desk at Great Orlamnd Street Hospital, which allows members of the public and parents a more one to one experience with the help provided.
