Dear All
We hope this message finds you well.
We are writing to inform you that, due to the recent outbreak of meningitis reported in the Canterbury area, we have made the decision to postpone the Spring Coffee Morning that was scheduled to take place this Thursday at 10am-12pm.
Whilst current guidance indicates that the risk remains low, we feel it is important to prioritise the health and safety of all our community members and avoid any unnecessary risk.
We will send out a new date for the coffee morning in due course.
