1st Blackfords Sea Scouts Group

1st Blackfords Sea Scouts Group We are the only Sea Scout Group in the Cannock Chase District & 1 of only 103 Royal Navy recognised sea scout groups in the UK.

We have sections for ages 6 to 18 as well as adult volunteers. We are open to boys & girls from all over the District.

Squirrels - Age 4 to 6 meet Thursdays 5.30 till 6.30pm
Beavers - Age 6 to 8 meet Mondays 6 till 7pm
Cubs - Age 8 to 10 1/2 meet Mondays 7.15 till 8.30pm
Sea Scouts - Age 10 1/2 meet Wednesdays 7 till 8.30pm
Explorer Sea Scouts - Age 14 to 18 meet Thursdays 7 till 8.30pm

We have received a message today of the passing of Ethel Taylor, we send our condolences to her family.

Ethel Taylor the wife of Frank Taylor one of the founder members of the hut and group based at Old Fallow Road passed away yesterday 4th February.
