On Friday a lucky few of us got to see behind the scenes of the at the Centre for Material Culture (originally built as a nuclear bunker!) to see some of the surviving artefacts from Barnwell Priory - most were medieval, and some even earlier. It was a fantastic afternoon, thank you so much to Rosie and Eleanor for being such wonderful guides.

Worth mentioning, anyone can go and see what they have. Just email the Museum of Archeology and Anthropology!

Last week, Anne and Jac joined the Forever United Lunch at the Cambridge United Foundation — lending a hand with meals and chatting about our work to bring new life to St Andrew the Less.

We had some great feedback: several people shared memories of “the Abbey Church”, and we came away with plenty of encouragement. We also put on a raffle for those participating, some chocs and wine kindly donated by Tesco were won!
