For those interested in continuing your yoga journey throughout autumn and winter; I teach a Yin Yoga class (as from next Sunday) at the University Sports centre, 9am to 9.55am. It would be wonderful if you could join us there. To book you will need to go to the Sports Centre website, or give them a call (very helpful).

Rebecca's classes can be found here:

A big welcome to Jivamukti and Yin Yoga classes that skilfully and creatively combine asana, pranayama, meditation, relaxation & philosophy to feel challenged, nurtured & connected.
