Great Shelford Playscape is a charity set up by local volunteers to transform the play provision across the village recreation ground. We are delighted that the central phase of the masterplan for the Rec has been completed, providing our village with an inspiring and playful landscape, a playscape, to benefit the whole community and provide a unique and inclusive legacy for future generations! 📢 We've been advised that the fences around the tennis courts are going to be replaced.
Work is scheduled to begin during the week of 2nd February, for approximately one week.
Hopefully there will be minimal disruption to the playscape, but there may be some impact at times.

A huge thank you to all who ran, walked, cheered or volunteered today for the 2025 Shelford 5k Fun Run!
We had the largest number of finishers yet, an amazing 452!
Thank you all for bringing the perfect running weather with you.
We'll do a proper round up of the day and share the photos as soon as poss.
