Convoy4Ukraine We fundraise to purchase and deliver 4x4s, ambulances and aid to trusted Ukrainian partners

07/06/2026

Today was an important milestone for our September convoy team.

For many of the volunteers, it was the first time meeting each other in person. We spent the day getting to know one another, reviewing documents, discussing vehicles and logistics, and making sure everyone understands their role before departure.

A convoy is much more than vehicles and aid. It is a team of people from different backgrounds coming together with one shared purpose: supporting Ukraine.

Over the coming months, we will be preparing vehicles, collecting aid, completing paperwork, and finalising plans for the journey ahead. Today was the first step in that process.

Thank you to everyone who gave up their time to attend. The September convoy is already taking shape, and we look forward to sharing more of the journey with you.

has never been built by one organisation, one sponsor, or one individual.

It has been built by communities.

By people who donate £10 £50 ...
By businesses that sponsor a vehicle.
By mechanics who give up evenings and weekends.
By volunteers who drive thousands of miles.
By organisations that donate equipment, tools, medical supplies, and storage space.

Today, we are preparing for our next convoy in September.

Our goal is simple: fund, prepare, and deliver more vehicles directly to those who need them most.

Each vehicle requires purchasing, servicing, repairs, insurance, equipment, and transport costs before it can begin its journey to Ukraine.

Every contribution makes a difference because every contribution becomes part of a vehicle that can save lives.

This is not about charity.

It is about practical support that creates a direct and visible impact.

If you would like to help us put another vehicle on the road before September, now is the time.

Together, we can make sure help continues to arrive where it is needed most.

Those vehicles are now operating where help is needed most.

Close to the front line, vehicles like this become far more than transport. They carry humanitarian aid, support evacuations, help volunteers reach isolated communities, and keep essential services moving.

We are currently working to fund and prepare another vehicle for Ukraine.

Every donation helps move us one step closer to putting another lifeline on the road.

The war has not stopped.
The need has not stopped.
And neither have the people continuing to help.

If you would like to support the next vehicle, please donate today and become part of something practical, direct, and urgently needed.

The Man Who Keeps the Convoy Moving

Every convoy has drivers. Every convoy has volunteers. But every convoy also needs someone who can keep the vehicles on the road when things go wrong.

This year, that person has been Andy

Over the past months, Andy has dedicated countless hours of his own time repairing, preparing and rescuing vehicles destined for Ukraine. Working entirely as a volunteer, he has tackled everything from routine maintenance to major mechanical failures, often putting our vehicles ahead of his own commitments.

During our February convoy, one of our ambulances suffered a serious injector failure on the autobahn in Germany. What could have ended the vehicle's journey became just a temporary setback thanks to Andy's expertise, determination and willingness to go the extra mile. After sourcing parts and carrying out repairs, the vehicle was able to continue its mission and successfully rejoin the convoy.

The vehicles may carry the aid, but they only get there because of people like Andy working behind the scenes.

From everyone at , thank you Andy. Your skill, generosity and dedication make a real difference, and we are incredibly grateful to have you as part of the team.

👏 Please join us in thanking Andy for helping keep the convoy moving.

This is why the convoy exists.

In this video, one of our Ukrainian partners is standing beside generators recently delivered through Convoy4Ukraine, thanking everyone who helped make it possible.

Simple words.
Real impact.

These generators will help communities continue functioning during power cuts and attacks on infrastructure. For many people, they are not a convenience; they are essential.

What matters most is how these deliveries happen.

Not through huge institutions.
Not through distant systems.

But through ordinary people:
• businesses donating equipment
• volunteers giving time
• communities fundraising locally
• mechanics servicing vehicles
• drivers crossing Europe
• supporters giving £10, £20, or whatever they can

The next convoy leaves in September, and we are now working towards the next practical target:
funding and preparing more vehicles and essential aid, including generators, medical supplies, and frontline equipment.

Every vehicle still has to be purchased, prepared, insured, serviced, and filled with aid before departure.

This convoy is built by the community.

If you would like to help locally, through donations, sponsorship, tools, storage space, vehicle support, supplies, or fundraising — now is the time.

Because help only arrives if people decide to make it happen.

September is getting closer.

The next Convoy4Ukraine convoy is already being prepared, and every vehicle still has to be purchased, serviced, equipped, insured, and ready to drive across Europe before departure.

The convoy is built vehicle by vehicle.

Right now, we are still fundraising for additional vehicles that will go directly to Ukrainian partners supporting communities close to the front line.

A sponsored vehicle can help:
• deliver humanitarian aid
• evacuate civilians
• support frontline volunteers and medics
• reach areas ordinary transport cannot

There is still time to help us get another vehicle on the road before September.

If you, your business, or your community would like to sponsor or part-fund a vehicle, we would love to hear from you.

This vehicle is now operating where help is needed most.

Close to the front line, vehicles like this Iveco become more than transport. They carry aid, support evacuations, help volunteers reach isolated communities, and keep vital humanitarian work moving.

We are currently working to fund and prepare another vehicle for Ukraine.

Every donation helps us move one step closer to putting another lifeline on the road.

The war has not stopped.

Convoy4Ukraine Volunteer Story | “The Need Is Still There”

“Ukraine is an amazing country… life feels normal in many ways, but just below the surface the war is everywhere.”

Guy is preparing for his third convoy to Ukraine this September.

In this honest and thoughtful conversation, he shares:
• Why he chose to get involved with Convoy4Ukraine
• What it’s really like driving aid into Ukraine
• The reality of visiting the country during wartime
• The resilience of Ukrainian people and culture
• Why the need for support has not gone away

One thing that stayed with us from Guy’s words:
“The news cycle moves on, but on the ground there is still a huge need.”

These convoys are not abstract. They deliver vehicles, medical aid, equipment and practical support directly to the people and communities who need it most.

If you have ever thought about getting involved, whether by driving, donating, fundraising or supporting in another way , this is a conversation worth watching.

Toto went to a volunteer fire brigade in the Kherson region.

At our February handover, Anatoli, one of the volunteers, told us that drone attacks and “safari” hunts had become part of daily life.

For many of these firefighters, their wives, children, and parents have already moved to safer parts of Ukraine.
But they stay.
They stay because if a house burns, someone has to come.

If a family is trapped, someone has to respond.
If a missile hits at 2am, someone still has to drive towards it.

The vehicle handovers are never just about transport. They are about giving communities a chance to keep functioning under impossible conditions.
Every convoy, every donated vehicle, every supporter behind it helps people like Anatoli continue protecting others, even while living under constant threat.

This is why the convoy matters.
