A huge benefit of the upcoming Orchard OCD conference is building community. But we don’t need to wait until June to start! Plus, the OCD community is for all! Not just those attending in person. If you want to connect with others, please introduce yourself! Possible intro options:

-Name & pronouns
-Where you’re based
-How you’re connected to the OCD community and/or Orchard (first hand experience, clinician, family member, researcher, etc)
-Why mental health is important to you!
-Self promotion: do you have a book, podcast, start up, or next great idea?

For Mental Health Week, let’s take action for everyone for better days together 😊
