⛰️ A Snowdon challenge for a brighter future 💚

Last week, on 12th September, Helen and Shahnaz took on the challenge of climbing Mount Snowdon to raise funds for a 15-year-old girl to support her and repair the leaking roof of her home.

We’re so happy to share that £718 has already been raised! 🎉💚

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported Helen and Shahnaz and helped turn their challenge into something meaningful for this young girl.

Together with Sohrab Kavir, Panah Children Charity has launched a fundraising campaign to support children and families living with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD).

Duchenne is a progressive, life-limiting condition that can make everyday life increasingly challenging for children and their families. Our goal is to turn awareness into practical support—from essential medicines, physiotherapy and mobility equipment to specialist care, educational support and help with basic needs for families facing financial hardship.

But support is not only about medical care. It is also about helping children experience joy, independence and the simple moments of childhood—a birthday celebration, an outing, or simply knowing that they are not alone.

Help us make a meaningful difference in the lives of children living with Duchenne.

Helping little smiles shine brighter! ✨🦷💙

As part of our ongoing program in Shiraz “Opening a Window to Tomorrow” and the commitment to children’s health and wellbeing, Panah held an oral health education session for the children at Shokraneh Institute. Children learned the importance of dental and oral care, and building healthy daily habits.

The day ended with milk and cake for everyone, followed by the distribution of toothbrushes and toothpaste, giving every child the tools they need to keep smiling with confidence.

On 27th May, he’ll be running the Dorney Lake 10k to support this cause.
