You don’t have to face this alone.

We offer emotional support alongside your grieving process and practical help to navigate the inquest and legal process.

We did it again, we went to the beach!

Two minibuses full of excited members and staff left super hot Cambridge to sunny breezy Great Yarmouth. The sea breeze was loved as well as the fish and chips.

Art is on for members tomorrow Thursday 13 August 2.00pm at the Bath House Cambridge. It will be very hot, please think carefully before travelling in.

The heat may be too much and that's OK, please stay at home if in doubt.

Our friends at The EDGE Café support people in and surrounding areas maintain long term recovery from addiction and mental ill health through their amazing work which they do for free.
This includes peer support, groups, therapeutic activities, volunteer opportunities, they are holding a sponsored recovery walk on Saturday 5th September to mark Recovery Month and to raise funds for their work.
