Hobson's Conduit Trust Hobson’s Conduit also known as Hobson’s Brook is a watercourse in Cambridge, UK that was built from 1610 to 1614 by Thomas Hobson.

The Hobson’s Conduit Trust is dedicated to preserving this historic relic. Hobson’s Conduit, also known as Hobson’s Brook was established from 1610 to 1614. The original purpose of the watercourse was to bring fresh water into the city of Cambridge from springs originating at Nine Wells which is a local nature reserve.
