Jeni and Clare from Parenting Chaos Calmly are back at the Clay Farm Centre library next week to show you how to fit a sling for your baby!

Sling Sessions occur on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month (except bank holidays) at 10am-11:30am and are free to attend.

Sessions this month will be on:
- Monday 7th September at 10am
- Monday 21st September at 10am

Have you told our staff and volunteers about the books you've read over the summer holidays and collected your six stickers? If not there's still time before the Awards Ceremony that's happening this month!

If you've collected all six stickers you can collect your medal and certificate from 4pm on Monday 14th September in the Eva Hartree Hall!

Our staff and volunteers are available to do hear about what you've read and present you with your next sticker at the following times:
- Mondays 10am-12pm
- Tuesdays 10am-12pm and 2pm-4pm
- Wednesdays 10am-12pm
- Thursdays 10am-12pm and 4pm-6pm
- Saturdays 10am-12pm

Kettle's Yard is running a free monthly creative workshop in Cambridge for young people aged 16 to 24 who care for someone at home. It’s a calm, artist led space, with food provided, and friends are welcome too.

The monthly sessions run on Saturdays 11am-2:45pm in the Clore Learning Studio at Kettle's Yard. The workshops this month are on Saturday 12th September.

Rhymetime is back at Clay Farm next week after the summer break! Join the team on Monday mornings for fun nursery rhymes and songs during school termtime.

- 10am-:10:30am: Toddler Rhymetime for children crawling to 4.5 years old
- 11am-11:30am: Baby Rhymetime for children 0 months- crawling

These are free drop-in sessions on a first come, first served basis.

Irish Dance Classes from O’Mahony Academy of Irish Dance are starting at Trumpington Pavilion next week!

The classes take place on Mondays 5pm-6:30pm and are for children aged 3 and over and all abilities are welcome.

It's your final chance to submit your entry to the Design a Ukulele Competition! The deadline to submit your artistic masterpiece is this Saturday 5th September.

This competition coincides with the and is open to children of all ages.

Pick up a form from the Clay Farm reception desk, design your own ukulele and hand your designs back to staff by Saturday 5th September. Make sure you write your name, age, and contact details on the back!

We'll announce the winners at the Summer Reading Challenge Awards Ceremony on Monday 14th September.
