Went sherry tasting / pairing yesterday evening at KPMG’s winter drinks, where tales of tax, trends, and sherry manufacturing techniques flowed. Thanks to Senior Partner Joe Faulkner - seen here opening the session, manzanilla in hand - for hosting us and providing such delicious pairing dishes.

And there are some amazing bargains on offer on Manzanilla, PX, creams, you name it. We just picked up a Pastrana Manzanilla and the AWESOME Gonzalez Byass Solera 1847 Cream.
