Save Hotel Felix 170-year-old Victorian villa in Cambridge threatened with demolition.

The 170 year-old Hotel Felix is a Victorian villa in beautiful gardens off Huntingdon Road, Cambridge. It was last renovated to a very high standard as the Hotel Felix in 2002 and won two AA Rosettes. Unfortunately, the building has been sold to property developers who wish to demolish it to make way for a care home. We believe that the building could be used for many purposes without destroying this traditional architectural gem.
