Ely Baby Bank Ely Baby Bank supports families with babies and young children across Cambridgeshire and beyond. Plenty of parking available.

We provide a safe, welcoming space where families can access essential baby items - completely free of charge - and we are open to everyone. From formula milk and nappies to pushchairs, cots, clothes, toys, and more, we help around 250 families every month. Most of our stock is generously donated by the local community, helping reduce waste and promote reuse of perfectly good baby items. More than

just a place for supplies, Ely Baby Bank is a hub for connection and care. Families can relax in our on-site café, enjoy a free hot drink and cake, and meet others in a friendly environment. We’re open to the public:
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:30am–1:00pm
78 Mildenhall Road, Fordham CB7 5NR
(look for the green 'R Palmer & Sons Ltd' sign). Donations welcome Monday-Saturday
Please leave items at the marked donation point at the end of the drive (not the house entrance). The area is monitored and cleared regularly.

Also as it’s Thursday, Roscoe's Bakery and Waterhouse Manor Care Homewill be along with their usual selection of cakes which are all free to enjoy in the Little Stables cafe.

You’ll need to register but it only takes a moment and then you can access all the courses.

Me, You and Baby Too

Welcoming a new baby can be a really exciting time, but it’s also one of the biggest changes you and your partner will experience together. It’s completely normal to feel tired, overwhelmed, and even argue more than usual.
Me, You and Baby Too is a free online course designed to support couples through this transition. With short videos and animations, it offers practical tips to help you feel more confident and connected as you become parents.
You’ll learn about what your baby can sense (even before they’re born), why it’s important to share stress, how to support each other, what can trigger arguments, and ways to manage and prevent them.

So now you will find all nursing cushions, supports and baby nests in the stable by the cafe.
If you ever can’t find anything please ask a volunteer.
