Our 2025/26 Annual Report – From Vision to Delivery is now live, showcasing another busy year for Cambridge BID and the work delivered on behalf of our levy-paying businesses.

From the launch of Cambridge Food & Drink Week and our biggest Cambridge Arts Festival to date, to the transformation of King Street with a new 45-metre mural, the year has been packed with projects designed to bring people into the city and support our businesses.

Over five Thursday evenings, Station Square was brought to life with live music, welcoming 1,000+ visitors across the series. The events helped create a welcoming city-centre destination, encouraging people to spend more time in Cambridge and supporting local businesses and the evening economy.

Thank you to everyone who joined us yesterday for our Annual Showcase & AGM! We had a great turnout and it was lovely to see so many of our businesses and partners there.

A big thank you to Hilton Cambridge City Centre for hosting us and for the great set-up, lovely staff and food!

And a special thank you to Su from The Cambridge Calligrapher for joining us and adding a lovely creative touch to the evening with her Wax Seal workshop ✍️

Cambridge BID, the Business and Development Partner for Pandameander27, was recently invited by the team at Addenbrooke’s Charitable Trust to learn more about their plans for a new children’s hospital in Cambridge.

Addenbrooke’s Charitable Trust is working to raise vital funds towards the development of a new state-of-the-art children’s hospital, which will provide dedicated facilities and specialist care for young patients and their families. As part of their fundraising efforts, the Trust is also organising the Panda Meander Art Trail, which will be coming to Cambridge in 2027.

As part of our Purple Flag work, Cambridge BID attended the Freshers’ Fair, sharing safety advice, useful resources and our new Cambridge Student handbook, plus some fun goodies from local Cambridge businesses!

Helping students feel safe, welcome and ready to enjoy Cambridge. 💜
