On one of the hottest days of the year the U3AC cycling group found it much cooler to be out riding, than walking around the house or garden!
'It was a lovely ride along the Mere way cyclepath to Landbeach, and then onto Waterbeach via the new bridge over the A10'.
Their annual picnic is scheduled for Saturday 22 August, lets hope for fair weather.

Just two weeks left to pay for membership and apply for 2026-27 courses. The closing date for inclusion in the automatic allocation is 1 August.

Yesterday, 50 of our wonderful U3AC members set off for a fabulous double-header day trip to Althorp House and Coton Manor Gardens. Check out a few of our members smiling outside the classic facade of Althorp House below.

Whether you are renewing your membership or joining our community for the very first time, we can't wait to have you on board. Please submit your course applications by 1 August - but please don’t leave this until the last-minute! We’ve collected all the lovely photos from our visit to the Cambridge University Botanic Garden - covering both Monday’s recce on the 6th and our group walk (GDN 01) on Friday the 10th of July. The gardens were in full summer splendor! ☀️🌷

Yesterday, some of our Wednesday Walkers headed out for a beautiful walk from Grantchester to Newnham. They wrapped up their route by enjoying some wonderful refreshments in the comfort of one of our walkers' homes! 🚶‍♀️ ☀️🚶‍♀️
