We are looking for more players to join us on Tuesday evenings (19:00-21:00) at Netherhall Sports Centre.

We play doubles on four courts, rotating partners each game. We have a range of ages (must be 18 or over) and abilities but we are unable to offer coaching and therefore previous playing experience is needed.

Maybe you haven’t played for years and are thinking of returning, or you have recently taken up playing, as long as you have some playing experience (at least at good beginner standard), know the rules (or just need a refresher), we’d like to hear from you.

There are only a few places to fill, so if there is lots of interest, you’ll be invited to join our waiting list.

Hinton Social Badminton (a mixed group of male and female players - although the balance at the moment is more male) has a few more spaces on Tuesday evenings (7pm - 9pm) at Netherhall Sports Centre. Playing mainly mixed doubles on four courts, changing partners each game, the group has a range of abilities and ages (minimum age must be 18).
If you know the rules and can play at an intermediate level, maybe have had time away from the court and want to take up playing again, they’d love to hear from you, particularly if you are female.
