PCS Medical services, who over the last two days has delivered CPR and defibrillator training to an incredible 63 children from Callington Primary school.
Supported by the Rotary Club of Callington, Peter Salisbury has helped empower the next generation with the confidence and knowledge to act in an emergency. Every child trained today could one day help save a life.
Thanks for the support from the Rotary Club of Callington for their dedication to improving community safety and making such a positive impact in our community. πŸ‘β€οΈπŸš‘

πŸ’™πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡¦ During recent weekly meetings, members of Callington Rotary have been collecting over-the-counter medicines, hygiene products, baby essentials and everyday care items to support the people of Ukraine.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our members, friends and supporters, these much-needed supplies are now on their way to help those facing extremely difficult circumstances.

A small act of kindness from our local community can make a huge difference to families thousands of miles away. Thank you to everyone who donated πŸ’›

These items are heading up to Cornwall & Devon sending love to Ukraine for their next trip, which departs Saturday.

To get involved in these community efforts, and more - send us a message 🫢

Tonight we had the pleasure of hosting Dave Foster from ShelterBoots, alongside a fantastic bring-and-share supper with members and friends.

Dave spoke about his incredible challenge - walking 700 miles the length of England to raise funds for ShelterBox, helping provide emergency shelter and aid to families affected by disaster and conflict. An inspiring evening and a truly worthwhile cause.

If you’d like to support Dave and follow his journey, donations can be made here:
