We were blessed again with beautiful sunshine for our 5K Your Way at Penallta parkrun this morning.

Joining us for the first time was Hayden and his family. He smashed his first parkrun and we hope to welcome him back at the end of August 💙.

Thank you to our fabulous ambassadors Catherine Roberts , Michelle Morgan and Charlotte Johnson for flying the flag today. A big thank you as well to Penallta parkrun for hosting us 🙏🏾

Hands up who was relieved that it was a tad cooler for this morning's 5K Your Way? 👋🏼

This morning Charlotte, Emma, Catherine, Siân, and Michelle welcomed Chris who joined us for the first time, and also Penallta parkrun regular, Diane. 😊
