Tonight we said farewell to young Marshall as he heads off to begin his journey in the Army.

As a small token of our appreciation, the club presented him with the body bag 😂

Marshall has been a valued part of our boxing family, and while we’ll miss having him around the gym, we’re incredibly proud of him for taking this next step.

Congratulations, Marshall! We wish you every success, good health, and happiness in your military career. Work hard, stay safe, and make us proud.

It’s been a fantastic couple of weeks at the club, and we’d like to give a huge welcome to all of our new members who have recently joined us.

It’s been great to see everyone settle in so quickly, embrace the club atmosphere, and get fully involved from day one. What’s been especially pleasing is watching members work together, support one another, and constantly push each other to improve.

The team spirit, encouragement, and positive attitude on display have been brilliant, and it’s exactly what makes this club such a great place to be. We’re looking forward to seeing everyone continue to grow, develop, and achieve their goals together.

Absolutely buzzing and incredibly proud of one of our boxers, Kian Thomas, from Caerphilly Boxing Club, who travelled up to Scotland this weekend to compete in the Four Nations and came away with a silver medal 🥈

A fantastic achievement at such a high level of competition, a true credit to his hard work, dedication, and commitment in the gym.

He was in the club tonight showing everyone his medal, and it was brilliant to see all the younger kids looking up to him. That’s what it’s all about setting an example and inspiring the next generation.

Massive well done from all of us at Caerphilly Boxing Club, Kian. We are all so proud of you 👏🥊

A huge well done to Kian Thomas for reaching the final of the Four Nations Boxing Championships in Scotland this weekend, where he came away with a well-earned silver medal. 🥊🥈

Kian proudly represented Wales and Caerphilly Boxing Club on the international stage, showing real skill, heart, and determination throughout the competition.

Although it wasn’t the gold on this occasion, becoming a Four Nations silver medallist is a fantastic achievement and a reflection of all the hard work.

Everyone at the club can be incredibly proud of his performance, this is a big step forward and just the beginning of even greater things to come. 💪

Out with young Noel last night at the Myndd Kenfig show. Unfortunately, he didn’t get the decision, but what a cracking bout it was. Both boys showed tremendous skill, heart, and sportsmanship, especially at such a young age.

The future is bright for both lads. Massive well done to them both, their clubs should be very proud of the performance they put on. 🥊👏

What an incredible night of sparring from everyone involved! A huge thank you once again to AB Boxing Academy and Fitness ABC for coming down and helping create such a fantastic atmosphere.

Also, a tremendous effort from everyone in our boxing class. I’m especially impressed with the new starters who have joined the club, the talent, determination, and potential on display were outstanding, and they’re undoubtedly the next generation of boxers coming through.

Massive congratulations to everyone, and thank you for your hard work, dedication, and commitment. Keep pushing forward, the future is looking very bright!
