We are looking for a part time community project co-ordinator to join us at Hwb Caergwrle. This is a paid position starting at 8 hours per week.

What a wonderful turnout we had on Saturday for our community engagement event ! Thank you to everybody that popped along. It was great to see some familiar and new faces too. As you can see by the photos there were lots of taster sessions throughout the day to showcase all the activities currently available on our arts and crafts courses. These are due to start back up in the New Year so keep an eye out for dates and times if you’re interested in joining us !

Alongside the crafts we were thrilled with the feedback we got from you all. As you are aware we have been very fortunate to secure funds through the National Lottery for the next three years, so Saturday was your opportunity to tell us what you thought would be great for the community. I’m pleased to say we’ve come away brimming with suggestions and ideas to really push the Hwb into a very exciting chapter in 2025 🤩🤩

Ps. If you can’t wait until then to get stuck in to a new skill then The Little Learning Company are also offering some free courses in the meantime so please take a look on their website for more information.

How amazing are today’s creations ? The class were given the chance to get creative and produce their own designs based on a Halloween / festive theme 🎃
