We've just finished the 2026 Wallaboree. Our Group had 53 Squirrels, Beavers, Cubs and Scouts at Gradbach Scout Camp on Saturday. In all there were over 600 young people from across the High Peak Scouting District on site. Loads of activities to try out and the Gradbach Scout Camp had booked really good weather for us, so that all our tents went away dry on Sunday afternoon.

Scout Hike today. A circular walk from Millers Dale going via Monks Dale and Tideswell Dale. At Monks Dale a very nice farm lady invited us in to see her new born lambs. The butterfly is an orange tip butterfly. It was about 7.8 km.
