The guest speaker at our March meeting was Anthony O’Connor. The Director of Fund Raising and Commercial Director for Manchester Cathedral. The talk was very informative and was enjoyed by the members.
Anthony was handed a Marriage Certificate from 1853, from a members distant relative that married in the Cathedral, which he is going to add to the Cathedral’s massive archives.
Anthony mentioned the Luminescence Event that is being hosted at the moment, which our members showed great interest in attending.
