Do they need your help with everyday tasks? Do you feel like you need to talk to someone who understands? Bury Carers Centre is here to help YOU! A Carer is someone who, without payment, provides help and support to a partner, child, relative, friend or neighbour, who could not manage without their help. This could be due to age, physical or mental illness, addiction or disability. Many people do not see themselves as Carers. They think of themselves as relatives or friends. They do what anyone would, caring, unpaid for a loved one or friend, helping them through times when they are unable to do things themselves. As a result they don't realise that there is help and support available for them.
