🥋 PARENTS — IT’S YOUR TURN! 🥋

Karate isn’t just for children. It’s a fantastic way for adults to:

💪 Improve fitness, strength and flexibility
🧠 Reduce stress and clear your mind
🥋 Learn practical self-defence skills
❤️ Build confidence and discipline
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Set a positive example for your children
🤝 Meet new people and become part of a supportive community

At Kenzenkai Karate, our classes are beginner-friendly, welcoming and suitable for all ages even if you have no previous martial arts experience.

Why not give it a go?

If your child already trains with us or if they are considering joining as a family, this could be your chance to join them on the journey.

Has anyone seen a parcel, left outside the centre on the bin. It was delivered to Taylor House near the bakery by mistake, someone has taken up to the community center and has left it on the bin and now it is no where to be seen. If anyone has seen or heard anything about it please let us know, thankyou.
