At Brandlesholme Community Centre.
All abilities are welcome😊 you don’t need to be fit to start… we can help with that!😂
Ideal for those aged 4+… so you can train with your family or on your own. We are a really friendly club so making friends is easy🥋🫶🏻
Why not try out a new fantastic sport with many benefits and you get to learn life skills too.

We have male and female instructors who are fully DBS checked and first aid trained.
We have classes all at the same venue on:
🌟Monday
5.30- 6.15pm (core class ideal for beginners, but suitable for all ages and grades)
6.30-7.30pm (all grades)
🌟Wednesday
6.30-7.30pm (all grades)
🌟Saturday
5.30-6.30 (all grades)
🌟Senior class also available
Classes are only £5 per session after the free trial and are pay as you go😊
