The Cenotaph Veteran’s Parade will take place in London at Whitehall on Sunday 8th November 2026.

We are able to allocate an initial Five Cenotaph Parade places to Section.

Please contact the section [email protected] if you wish to attend.

Eligibility:

This remains the same as last year, more Veterans including military Veterans since WWll need to be accommodated.
The Cenotaph Team have contacted us to update and clarify the criteria for participation in the Veteran's March.

Participants must meet at least one of the following criteria:

· Military and Civilian men and women from the UK and the Commonwealth that served the Crown on Military Operations.

· Wives, husbands or civil partners of those who died as a result of their service in Her Majesty’s Armed Forces or during a time of war.

· We have been allowed the dispensation still last year that sons & daughters; grandchildren and other relatives marching for those who served (in WWI & WWII) were able to participate and hope that this will be take place this year at the Cenotaph.

· New for this year: “Remembrance: (those marching on behalf of their organisations that have historically played a significant role in times of conflict supporting the Armed Forces community or who are key organisations in Remembrance)” …

Therefore, you have until Friday 4th September to submit names

All applications for equipment are welcome but MUST state size and name of equipment, your application will not be considered if this is not done. Closing Date Monday 3rd August 2026. The Guild Top Up Insurance will only be issued by the Lancashire Section once I have received your first million and adips/test certificates. The name on the insurance and adips must be the same name registered with the guild. Please be aware that the old guild insurance ran out yesterday.

Guild Fees - THERE ARE 3 WORKING DAYS (INCLUDING TODAY) TO PAY YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS - FAILURE TO PAY BY THE END OF THE 29TH JUNE WILL RESULT IN IMMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP
Thank you to all members who have paid their fees up to now.
If you haven't received your Guild Top Up Insurance yet it will be because we do not have all of your up to date documents.
The documents we require from you are as follows:
Adips test documents
Public Liability Insurance - CERTIFICATE not schedule and must list all the equipment covered
Electric Tests for Kiosks and Sides etc
ALL documents must be in the Members name or we cannot accept them.

There are now 9 working days left to pay your subs. Unfortunately we are still waiting for the 9/1 from Central Office. Once received those who have paid and have submitted their first million and adips will get their top up insurance first.

Again, we cannot take card payment over the phone, you will be sent a link by text whilst on the phone to the secretary, NOTE the link sent to you via TEYA expires 24 hours after issue. There are quite a few members who have rung, received their link and not actioned it. You need to contact the office again to request the link once more as your subs have not been paid.

On the final day Monday 29th June please action your TEYA link immediately as by the 30th June you will be advertised as a non member.

You still have the option to attend the office to pay by card in person and of course BACs transfer into the section account.

SUBS - There are 14 working days left to pay..........
The deadline for paying your subs is Monday the 29th June 2026,anyone failing to pay by this date will be advertised as a non member.

Insurance will be issued once I receive your fist million and Adips certificate both of which must be in your guild member name.

Insurance will be issued to those who have paid first. If you leave it until the last day you may not get your top up at the same time.

We do not have the facility to take card payments over the phone. Instead contact the office to discuss your subs amount and the secretary will send a Teya Text/email for you to click on a link and enter your card details. Alternatively you can pay via BACS.
