This walk is approximately an hour long and is then followed by tea and coffee at the Centre.

Lunch is also available from the Centre Café.

The In Person ‘Talk & Support ’ workshop on Monday at Bury Cancer Support Centre is a Drop In session.

Please arrive for the start of the session at 11am. You don’t have to stay for the whole 2 hours.

Please note you need to be registered with the Centre to take part in the courses and workshops.

Take a look at the Centre’s events in Autumn and winter 2026!

We have a fabulous selection of events for you in the next few months.
Please take a look and plan ahead if you can, our events are always popular!

Saturday October 17th - Dine in Evening - A Celebration of Lancashire Food. THIS limited ticket event is now SOLD OUT.

Friday October 30th - Tea & Cake Drop In. Come and enjoy lunch and cake of course! With a Halloween theme!

Friday 14th November - Christmas Fair - join us for a festive event with lots of fun stalls and festive food served all day.

Friday November 20th - a very special Winter Ball at historic Mitton Hall - tickets are £55 pp and selling fast! A simply unmissable evening! Tables or single places are available.

Friday 27th November -Tea & Cake Drop In. Come and enjoy lunch and cake of course!

Saturday 5th December - Christmas Wreath Making Workshop - Limited to 20 places, buy your tickets now to avoid disappointment!

We would love to see you at any or all of the Centre’s fundraising events.

The Centre is an independent self funding charity.

Christmas Wreath Making afternoon at Bury Cancer Support Centre.

Saturday 5th December
1.30 - 4.30 pm

Join us for this guided festive wreath making workshop. All materials are included and you will have a beautiful Christmas decoration to take home.

A complimentary glass of mulled w**e and mince pie will be served for you to enjoy on this festive afternoon.
