💛 WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY 🌿(written by me, Emmy and not AI)
⚠️ A gentle reminder: YOU ARE NOT ALONE. ⚠️
Today is a reminder that mental health matters — for everyone.
For parents.
For carers.
For children.
For the people who spend so much time looking after everyone else's child/ children
💛 You know who you are!! It takes a special person to help shape young minds!!
Parenthood can be wonderful, but it can also feel overwhelming, lonely, exhausting and hard sometimes.
And little ones have big feelings too. 🌱
World Mental Health Day is about raising awareness, reducing stigma and reminding us that it’s OK to ask for help.
It’s also OK not to be OK. 💛
I’ve definitely had challenges throughout my life with my own mental health, and I think it’s so important to remember that you don’t have to be happy every day.
It’s OK to be sad.
It’s OK to have difficult days.
It’s OK to feel how you feel.
And it’s OK to reach out when you need a little support. 🫶
Sometimes supporting our mental wellbeing can start with something really simple:
☕ A cuppa and a chat
🌿 Getting outside
🤝 Finding your people
🫶 Taking a moment to pause
💬 Saying how you’re really feeling
💛 Knowing you don’t have to do everything alone
At The Buddies Tribe, we believe that community matters.
A friendly face.
A safe space to show up as you,
A little time to connect.
Someone saying, “You’re not alone.”
💛 YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
