The SETT

The SETT We are a community friendship group in Bury for 18 to 30 year olds who struggle with anxiety, isolation & depression.

We aim to create new friendships, increase confidence, learn new skills and help achieve a more healthier and happier lifestyle. We also offer walking and talking sessions throughout the gorgeous Bury countryside. Disclaimer:- The S.E.T.T is a non profit voluntary organisation & isn't engaged in rendering medical advice. Enjoying a meal and bowling for our final session at The S.E.T.T. who have become part of the SETT family.
We wish all our members new and old good luck in their endeavours to keep growing and moving forward.
We are extremely proud of what we have achieved and the young people we have helped during the time with The S.E.T.T and we hope it has been a good stepping stone to assist in creating good friendships, new experiences and confidence.
It has been a pleasure meeting every single one of you ❤️
I am afraid we need to close our doors due to many factors, we will leave the page up for a month should anyone have any questions, this will be closed thereafter.

We wanted to put some xmas Dec's on our adopted positivity tree at Burrs Country Park but the weather was too bad.We will try and get it done before xmas if the weather is better!!!!
