Bury Lions Club Bury Lions Club was formed in 1967 to serve a need that was felt by many. We aim to create and foster a spirit of understanding for humanitarian needs.

We meet at The White Lion in Bury. We serve Bury, Radcliffe, Tottington and Ramsbottom.

To all our Followers and Supporters,

As we come to the end of another busy and rewarding year, everyone at Bury Lions Club would like to say a heartfelt thank you to all who have supported us along the way.

Through our collections, craft fairs, fun days, tombola's, and many other events, we have been fortunate to meet so many wonderful people, make lasting memories, and share plenty of smiles and laughter. Every conversation, donation, and moment of encouragement has helped us continue our work.

Thanks to your ongoing support, we are proud to be able to help those in need both locally and internationally, making a real difference to individuals, families, and communities.

We truly could not do this without you.

We wish you and your loved ones a very Merry Christmas and a Happy, Healthy, and Prosperous New Year, and we look forward to working together again in the year ahead.

On the 13th and 14 Th of December Bury LIons Club were in ASDA Store Pilsworth collecting.Many thanks to Jill Richardson for arranging for us to do so Over the two days thanks to the generosity of their customers Bury Lions Club were able to accrue £345-85 this will be added to our Charity Account Account and used to help our community when requested to do so.Sincere thanks to Jill and to the Manager of the store for allowing us the opportunity, and also to every customer who donated.

Yesterday and today Bury Lions Club were in Tesco Superstore,Woodfields Retail Park. Thanks to the generosity of the customers donating we were able to accrue £497.18. this will be added to our Charity Account and will be instrumental in helping us to assist our community when requested to.
Sincere thanks to Wendy Howarth and the manager of the store for allowing us to collect. Sincere thanks to each and every one who helped us.

We attending the Spooktacular event down at the fire and training center. It was a cold rainy day but we saw lots of fun and spooky folks.

We did Guess My Name to win the Teddy bear.
Well Done to Tahir from cookiecorner__ on guessing Big Ted's name correctly, enjoy Snuggles.

Elephants Camels Snakes Puppies Frogs
Fish Lions Monkeys

They can be big, giant, normal sized or small, all of them will be accepted.

If you have any of these, we would be forever grateful to take them off you. Please message Katie Sorfleet, who will be very happy to organise a collection or drop off at times suitable to you.
