If you're going through a tough time, or just want a safe space to talk, our groups are here for you.

Every Monday 7-9pm (excluding bank holidays), for any man 18+. A free, non-judgemental space to have a brew & a chat.

Whether you’re attending a group down in Plymouth, all the way up in Aberdeen or even our online groups, at AMC you can always expect a warm, welcoming & non-judgemental space to talk.

No matter which of our 360+ groups you attend, friendly facilitators will always be there to welcome you at the door, explain how the session runs and make sure you know where to find the brews and biscuits. ❤️

We know just how much of a difference something as simple as a wristband can make.

Sometimes, something as simple as handing someone a wristband can start a conversation that makes all the difference.

This World Mental Health Day, we want you to get involved.

We’re giving 2 free wristbands, to anyone who wants to help spread the word. One for you, and one to give to a mate, family member or someone you meet along the way.

Ever seen one of these out and about and wondered what actually happens at Andys Man Club.

When you arrive, one of our friendly facilitators will welcome you in and show you where to grab a brew and a biscuit.

The session then follows a simple 5 question format. The first three are always the same:

1. How’s your week been?
2. One positive from your week?
3. Anything to get off your chest?

We’ll then usually have a short break before finishing with two questions that might be funny, inspirational or thought provoking, sometimes as simple as “what’s your favourite sandwich?”

We pass a talking ball around the group so there’s never any pressure to talk. If you’re not ready, you can simply pass it on.

That’s it. No booking, No referrals and No pressure.

Just a room full of men, a brew, and a safe space to talk.

Every Monday 7-9PM (excluding bank holidays) for any man 18+ 👌
