Shimpling and Alpheton WI recently had a guided tour of Bury St Edmunds Guildhall.

Suffolk West Members recently watched Irving Stage Company perform the sensational comedy Calendar Girls at Theatre Royal, Bury St. Edmunds.

It was a great opportunity, not only for members from across our federation to get together but to also support a local theatre company 🎭 Well done to all the cast involved!

To show our love for those inspirational Calendar Girls, members wore beautiful sunflower brooches made by our talented Craft & Chat team 🌻

To celebrate World Bee Day, SWFWI invited Lewis Turner from West Suffolk Beekeepers Association to teach members about the vital work of bees 🐝 Lewis was an excellent and knowledgeable speaker.

Thank you to all our members who supported the event and to the team who made delicious honey-themed cakes and treats 🍯
