Do you ever wonder why your baby wakes frequently at night or why sleep doesn’t seem to follow the same patterns as adults? Infant sleep is not just about “training” — it is intimately linked to the development of the brain, stress system, and nervous system from birth to three years.

Hello!

Perhaps you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious or just have no clue where to start with weaning. You are hearing so much contradictory advice and want to do the very best for your baby.

I have supported hundred of parents since 2020 with this milestone, and helped so many not make huge hurdles for themselves or mistakes from too high expectations. Babies supported with starting solids, with caregivers who are calm, understanding and know the true signs of readiness (nope, just because your baby watches you eat doesn't mean they're ready, that's one of the big myths!) are so much less likely to become fussy eaters and will arrange a wide variety of foods of different textures and flavours.

My workshop can be delivered in person (please send me a message and ask about dates) or I have made a handy one hour recorded workshop that you can purchase and watch with your partner over and over when needed.
