🎬 Movie Night Tonight 🎬

Today is the day 🤩

We're looking forward to seeing years 1, 2 & 3 today for our movie night showing Zootropolis 2.

Drop off is 4.45pm and collection at 6.45pm

🎟 Tickets include a movie snack of popcorn, sweets and a drink which we will give to each child. If they wish, they can also bring a water bottle but NO additional snacks due to allergy control.

Please bring any medication with you (clearly labelled).

Today is the LAST day for purchasing tickets for our movie night for years 1, 2 & 3 this FRIDAY 6th MARCH to watch Zootropolis 2.

Children are to be dropped off at the grey gates by the main hall at 4.45pm and collected from the same gates at 6.45pm.

Check the comments for how to secure a space!

🌼✨ Hello March ✨🌼

Here's to a new month bringing lighter days, muddy shoes, and lots of excitment for spring.

This month we're looking forward to our movie night for years 1, 2 & 3 on Friday 6th at 4.45pm.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us to raise money for our wonderful school so far this year.

I would like to say a big thank you for your support yesterday at the doughnut sale 🍩

We sold 492 doughnuts in a record time of 12 minutes.

We’re sorry not everyone got one this time around, we will try adjusting the quantities next time and try to have the sales more frequent.

Please see below from Frank Czucha about a new book all about Burwell, including colour photos of Burwell Village College Primary 🏫

Colour photos of Burwell Village College Primary feature prominently in my latest Burwell book. They include a selection of class photos from Millennium Year; the refurbished and partly rebuilt building (2016-17, pupils at the official opening of the present library (2008) and a special feature highlighting Stephen Barnes period as Caretaker (1986-2016).

Pre-school Burwell Learners Group are also pictured celebrating their Lottery Heritage Award which resulted in the completion of their current building.

I have donated a copy of my new book to the School Library where it is shelved with my 2017 publication ‘Memories Of Burwell’. It can be purchased from Tina’s shop in North Street for £15.99, and also the earlier book for £6.
