Thomas is raising funds for Midlands Air Ambulance Charity and Burton Amateur Swimming Club. He is very proud to be the current Junior Club Captain at Branston Golf Club and the Senior Captains choose a charity to raise funds for every year. The captains have chosen Midlands Air Ambulance and Thomas has made the decision to help out as well, by taking part in a fundraising event himself. He is also raising funds for Burton Amateur Swimming Club (BASC) to give something back to them to show his appreciation for all the support and encouragement they have given him during his time there. In the past 6 years, he has had many successes, including qualifying for County Championships and Regional Championships.
For the fundraiser, Thomas is taking part in his first Regional Open Water Championship event on Sunday 22nd June 2025 at Cirencester. Open water swimming is a new challenge for Thomas and he is taking on the 3km swim.
