We have had a wonderful evening celebrating the Fife Voluntary Sector Awards where the Foodbank was nominated for the Tackling Poverty Award! What a huge privilege to be amongst so many amazing organisations doing great work in the community. We are so grateful for the nomination.
We would like to celebrate all of the incredible volunteers that the Foodbank has, we are so grateful for all the amazing work you all do to keep the Foodbank in Burntisland and Kinghorn running and we couldn't do it without you all.
A special huge thanks goes to Pat Gibson, who is stepping back as a frontline volunteer. Pat was a driving force for the creation of the Foodbank and it's development as an independent Charity. Thank you Pat for everything you have done over the years, supporting so many in the community. We are so grateful for all of your amazing work.
We also extend thanks to Carol and Catriona for their time volunteering with us as they too take a step back Thank you so much for your time and dedication to the Foodbank. We appreciate all of our volunteers so much.
